Bill Stephenson
Global Chief Executive Officer
» As CEO of PEAC Solutions, Mr. Stephenson is focused on expanding and further integrating PEAC’s global footprint to deliver financial solutions to manufacturers and distribution partners worldwide. With over four decades of experience, he has held a variety of senior leadership positions in the leasing industry, including eight years as the CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of DLL, where he played an integral role in creating one of the world’s largest vendor finance companies. Mr. Stephenson is a former Chairman on the Equipment Leasing and Financing Association (ELFA). Amongst his many industry accolades and recognitions, he was named the “Leasing CEO of the Decade (2010-2020)” by the MonitorDaily, a leading publication for the U.S. equipment finance and leasing market. Further, he is a recipient of the “Chairman’s Award” from Associated Equipment Distributors (AED), an industry association for machinery dealers around the world. In November 2023, Mr. Stephenson was honored as the inaugural inductee into the “Leasing Life Hall of Fame”, which recognized his many contributions to the European leasing market. He is a proud alumnus of Florida State University and a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
Eileen Schoonmaker
President of the Americas
» Ms. Schoonmaker joined PEAC Solutions in 2025 and has over 35 years of experience in the leasing and financial services industry. In her capacity as President of the Americas, she oversees all aspects operations, including Risk Management, Sales Support, Customer Care, Collections, Asset Management, Legal, IT, Finance and Human Resources, with a focus on driving performance, innovation, and long-term value creation. Prior to joining PEAC Solutions, Ms. Schoonmaker previously served as President and General Manager at DLL, where she was responsible for one of the company’s national operations hubs. The office had more 700 employees and supported all aspects of contract origination, portfolio management and customer service for a significant portion of the company’s U.S. business activities. Earlier in her career, she held executive leadership roles at AT&T Leasing and its predecessor companies, spanning operations, sales and general management. Ms. Schoonmaker has been recognized as one of the “Top 50 Women in Finance” by the MonitorDaily, a leading independent publication for the equipment finance industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from Stockton University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
Michele Giordano
Chief Information Officer
» Ms. Giordano joined PEAC Solutions in November 2014 as Head of Application Development and Support. Prior to joining PEAC, Ms. Giordano was with ADP Commercial Leasing for more than 17 years, most recently as Senior Director, Business Strategies. Ms. Giordano holds a BS in Computer Science, a BS in Mathematics, and an MS in Computer Science from the City University of New York. Ms. Giordano was selected to be part of the Monitor‘s “Top 50 Women in Equipment Finance” issue for 2025. It goes without saying that Michele is an incredibly notable woman and beyond deserving of this honor.
» Mr. Nicholas joined PEAC Solutions in February 2020 and has an extensive background in commercial finance with over 30 years of Credit and Risk Management experience. Prior to joining PEAC Solutions, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for BB&T Commercial Equipment Capital from 2006 until 2019. Previously, Mr. Nicholas held senior leadership positions in Credit and Risk Management with several other leading bank-owned and independent leasing companies. Mr. Nicholas received his bachelor’s degree from West Chester University and an MBA from Penn State University.
Matt Petrick
Chief Financial Officer
» With over 20 years of financial services experience, Mr. Petrick serves as the Chief Financial Officer of PEAC Solutions with responsibility for Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Payment Processing. Prior to PEAC, Mr. Petrick was the Chief Financial Officer of Allied Mortgage Group and Chief Accounting Officer of NewRez LLC. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Manager for RSM LLP and as an Experienced Manager for Grant Thornton LLP, both in the Financial Services and Financial Institutions industry groups. Mr. Petrick received his BS in Finance from Lehigh University and MBA in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University and is a CPA. He also earned certificates in Financial Analytics and Transformative Fintech Services and Strategies from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
